CTMAP is a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool that assists professionals in the coding of their clinical records. CTMAP allows you to encode health information in multiple classifications and vocabularies such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, CIE10MC / CIE10PCS, ORPHA, HPO or OMIM. The application is in the field of computer assisted coding (CAC).
The CTMAP engine is based on powerful search algorithms that use our knowledge base as a source. This knowledge base contains hundreds of thousands of medical records that the search engine evaluates to provide the most appropriate response to each coding request.
A load of new terms establishes semantic relationships between new and existing terms, thus enabling self-learning.
